First of weekly Thursday viewings of clips from the film and informal discussion. Chapter One: "How Long Must This Nightmare of Oppression and Brutality Go On?" Bring your thoughts, questions, ideas about BA's talk and about getting this film out into the world: showing in community centers, colleges, churches, and people's living rooms. Spreading the word on social media, and more.

March 23, Saturday
Be part of a mass "take-out" of the film in Harlem
Street teams will be out to promote and distribute the BA Speaks: REVOLUTION–NOTHING LESS! film DVD in Harlem. Come, participate, learn, observe–it all contributes. Meet 12 noon at 125th & Amsterdam, south east corner (#1 train to 125th St, walk one long block east)

April 6, Saturday, 6-9 pm
Fundraising Dinner/Celebration
Grace United Methodist Church, 135 W. 104th St. (between Amsterdam and Columbus Aves. #1 or B/C train to 103th St). Celebrate the film's release and bring your ideas for breaking it out society-wide. Benefit for the film's promotion and costs of the premiere.

 

SF Bay Area

March 23, Saturday, 12 noon
Area-wide mobilization to get the film BA Speaks: REVOLUTION—NOTHING LESS! out all over the Bay Area. Mosswood Park at Broadway and MacArthur in Oakland.
