Launch for a Month of Resistance to Prevent Trump-Pence Regime from Taking Power—“Stop It Before It Starts”
Calling the incoming Trump administration a “regime of grave danger,” the newly formed RefuseFascism.org calls for “massive resistance—before Donald Trump is inaugurated and has the full reins of power in his hands." Initiators of the movement will launch a “month of resistance” Monday, the day the Electoral College meets, culminating in “protests that don’t stop” before Trump is inaugurated.
Monday’s speakers include, among others:
» Greg Greer, Public Speaker, Minister, Social Activist, and the Editor of the One World internet journal, & Greer is the Founder of Freedom First International
» Corey SirRey Mason, Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Fearless Leading by the Youth (F.L.Y.), a grassroots non-profit organization
» Ameena Matthews, Violence Interrupters
» Sharon Sanders, Co-Founder of the Coalition to Restore Democracy, which was formed to overturn Citizens United, get big money out of politics, and work for campaign finance reform
» Ted Sirota, Musician/Drummer, leader of HEAVYWEIGHTDUB! and Rebel Souls, drummer with Sabertooth. Initiator of "Degenerate Artists Against a Fascist America," a group of artists and musicians coming together to find creative and powerful ways to be a part of a larger movement of resistance against the fascist Trump threat.

Our anguish is right and just. Our anger must now become massive resistance—before Donald Trump is inaugurated and has the full reins of power in his hands.
“Should we fail to rise with determination and daring in our millions now to stop this, the consequences for humanity will be disastrous…
“We therefore CALL FOR A MONTH OF RESISTANCE beginning on December 19th, reaching a crescendo by the January 20th 2017 Inauguration.”
